1. General Support
For account access, billing questions, product help, or issues using the platform, email support@vantixs.com.
Include the email address on your Vantixs account, a short description of the problem, and any relevant screenshots or error messages.
2. ChatGPT App and MCP Support
For issues connecting the Vantixs ChatGPT app or remote MCP server, email support@vantixs.com with:
- Your ChatGPT plan and whether you are connecting as an individual or workspace user;
- The approximate time of the failed connection attempt;
- The connector URL you used;
- Any authorization, token, or callback error shown by ChatGPT.
3. Privacy and Legal Requests
For privacy-related questions, data rights requests, or data deletion requests, email privacy@vantixs.com.
