1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vantixs platform (the "Platform"), including any associated applications, websites, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vantixs ("we," "our," or "us"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old;
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law; and
Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your email address and password. You agree to:

Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with third parties;
Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account;
Ensure all information you provide during registration and use of the Platform is accurate and up to date;
Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. API Key Usage and Disclaimer

The Platform allows you to connect exchange API keys to enable automated trading on your behalf. By connecting API keys, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for the security and management of your exchange API keys;
You must only provide API keys with the minimum permissions required (e.g., trading permissions only; withdrawal permissions should never be granted);
We encrypt your API keys at rest using industry-standard encryption, but we cannot guarantee absolute security;
You assume full responsibility for any trades or actions taken using your API keys through the Platform;
We are not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized API key access, exchange failures, or your own configuration errors.

5. Platform Services

Vantixs provides a visual algorithmic trading platform that enables users to:

Build trading strategies using a drag-and-drop node-based interface;
Backtest strategies against historical market data using our high-performance Rust-based engine;
Paper trade strategies in a simulated environment without real capital;
Live trade strategies on supported exchanges using connected API keys.

The Platform is currently in BETA. Features may change, be added, or be removed without prior notice. We make no representations as to the reliability, availability, or fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose during the BETA period.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform to:

Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or any other manipulative trading practices;
Violate any applicable laws, including securities laws, anti-money-laundering regulations, or trade sanctions;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure;
Upload, transmit, or distribute any malware, viruses, or harmful code;
Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation;
Create automated scripts or bots that interact with the Platform outside of provided APIs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, algorithms, software, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Vantixs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any trading strategies, pipelines, and configurations you create on the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your strategy data solely for the purpose of providing the services to you.

8. Limitation of Liability and No Financial Advice

The Platform is a tool for building and deploying trading strategies. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

We are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages arising from your use of the Platform;
We do not guarantee that any strategy will be profitable or produce any particular results;
Past performance of any strategy shown on the Platform does not guarantee future results;
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination:

Your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked;
Any active trading bots or strategies will be stopped as soon as practicable;
You remain liable for any obligations incurred prior to termination.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We will make reasonable efforts to process your request promptly.

10. Governing Law
